Getting Tickets
Admission to Festival screenings and events can be purchased:
- in advance online (right here – scroll down to the listings below or to the Film listings, and follow the links) with a major credit card;
- by phone to our exclusive ticketing provider, Brown Paper Tickets at (800) 838-3006;
- or in person at the Festival theatre during the Festival dates, November 19-22.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. However, due to current limitations with our ticketing provider, online and phone order prices are charged in Canadian dollars. Please note that a small online ticketing fee of approximately $2 per ticket will be charged by Brown Paper Tickets. There is no online ticketing fee for limited passes and full festival passes.
For all online orders, please select “will call” (at the box office). Your name will be registered at the box office. Bring valid ID to claim your ticket or pass. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to allow time for processing.
Admissions are sold at two price levels: adult, or children and full-time students (valid student ID required ). Full-time university students and off-term coops qualify for student pricing. There are several options available:
Single Admission Tickets – adult $12, children/students $8
Good for admission to one screening.

Limited Pass – adult $45, children/students $30

Good for admission to any five screenings. Save up to $15 over purchasing individual tickets! Present pass at the box office at time of screening, or in advance at The Gig box office during the Festival to reserve a ticket for a particular screening.
Full Festival Pass – adult $75, children/students $50

Buy full festival pass online now!
Good for admission to all screenings and activities at the Festival. Save up to $100 over purchasing individual tickets! Full Festival pass holders receive priority entrance to screenings, until 15 minutes prior to each screening. The number of full festival passes available is limited.
