I've just purchased 18 tickets (duplicate and triplicate tickets for some shows), and just noticed (actually had a minor panic while noticing) that the numbering of the tickets on the tickets themselves is out of synch with the the links provided for each of the tickets. For example, the link for Ticket # 5 actually presented me with Ticket #10. The first four links lead to the correct tickets, but the remaining 14 were all mixed up. In the end, all of my tickets *were* accounted for. But it was a little heart-stopping for a while there.

Just thought I'd let you know ^^

Also, the following error came up on my receipt page:

DB.CPP Error 113L: Can't connect to the mysql server on port 3306! Illegal vector index: 84 max index = -1

I'm presuming that since I got tickets out of the deal, there shouldn't be anything for me to worry about there?

Hi:

I just checked the database, and it looks like all of the ticket purchases have been recorded correctly. So, we've got you down for all of the shows you've ordered, no worries.

The mySQL error seems to be from the database being backed up at the very moment that you were printing tickets. I'll have a chat with the providers and let them know that backups should be reserved for less respectable hours.
